JobsOhio has introduced a new online search tool for locating commercial real estate sites.
The private economic development organization is touting SiteOhio as a way for companies to “find the perfect site.”
The search function, available here, identifies project sites ready for immediate development.
“Through the SiteOhio authentication process, each site undergoes a usability audit designed to vet sites with companies in mind. All due diligence studies look to ensure strict criteria are met, as well as utilities and other site assets are on site, with excess capacity and accessible for doing business,” JobsOhio said in announcing the tool.
“When a site is verified with the SiteOhio seal, it is guaranteed to be ready for development on day one, saving businesses time and money,” the organization said.
SiteOhio lists a handful of sites initially, none in Central Ohio, but expects to add more this spring.
Columbus 2020, a JobsOhio regional affiliate, has its own property search function.
