Mike Jacoby, OhioSE President, leads the OhioSE-JobsOhio team’s project development and business attraction efforts as well as shale energy activities and initiatives related to the state’s Marcellus and Utica shale resources.
His economic development career includes leadership of development efforts in Muskingum, Jefferson and Washington Counties.

Katy Farber, OhioSE VP, directly oversees the OhioSE-JobsOhio project management efforts. She was an OhioSE Project Manager for five years, working with eight of the southern-most counties in the region prior to her vice presidency promotion.
Before joining the team, Katy was President of the Highland County Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she and her husband own a small business in the region.

Bill Arnett is Project Manager for OhioSE’s northern counties — Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson and Monroe.
He is an Ohio native having lived the majority of his life in Southern and Eastern Ohio. Bill joined OhioSE after having served more than a decade in various leadership positions with public and private-sector economic development and community development organizations in Southeast Ohio and Northwest Florida.

Sarah Arnold, OhioSE Director of Marketing and Communication, oversees all facets of communication and marketing for the organization.
With a diverse background in marketing, strategic planning, and design, Sarah funnels her passion into community development and working with organizations to increase their impact in the region. In addition, she is the owner and publisher of a community magazine focused on uplifting positive stories for, by, and about the Mid-Ohio Valley.

Gloria Blauvelt is the region's Project Analyst, where she supports Site Selection and Project Managers. Before joining OhioSE, Gloria worked in the leadership development and policy advocacy sector as well as in local government in Central Texas, leading initiatives to improve the quality of life for residents. Born in Mexico, Gloria has dedicated her career to improving life outcomes for the communities she lives and serves, including southeast Ohio, which she now calls home.
She holds a bachelor's in philosophy from the University of Texas-Pan American and a master's in public administration from the University of Texas-Arlington.

Destiny Bryson works as Manager of Engagement and Partnerships in 13 of the 25 counties served by OhioSE: Adams, Athens, Gallia, Highland, Hocking, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Perry, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Vinton.
Before joining the team, Bryson was the executive director at the Highland County Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau where she worked with local businesses, elected officials, state legislators, state agencies, federal bureaus, reporters and community leaders from around the region.

Donna Hrezo is the region’s Site Selection Manager. Her focus is enhancing OhioSE’s competitiveness in site selection and responses to site leads generated via Ohio River Sites, Prime Sites and the JobsOhio’s property database, ZoomProspector.
Previously, Donna was with the Jefferson County Port Authority; her responsibilities included managing economic development projects and the county’s industrial park.

Ed Looman works as Manager of Engagement and Partnerships in 12 of the 25 counties served by OhioSE. He previously served as an OhioSE project manager for seven years.
Before joining the OhioSE staff, Looman was executive director for Progress Alliance, the public-private economic development organization serving Jefferson County.

Tom Poorman is Project Manager for OhioSE’s central counties — Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry and Washington.
He joined OhioSE after serving 25 years as president of the Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce where he attracted and retained businesses and supported workforce and small business development.

Stacey Saunders is the region's Project Assistant and supports the Site Selection Manager.
Previously, Stacey has worked as a science teacher, corporate training specialist and in higher education. She also owns her own home bakery business located in Marietta, Ohio.

Taylor Stepp is Director of Projects for OhioSE’s southern counties — Adams, Gallia, Highland, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Vinton. Prior to joining the team, Taylor was a JobsOhio Project Coordinator responsible for northwestern and northeastern Ohio, and he assisted communities in development while working for Ohio House Finance Chairman Ryan Smith. During college, he was the student body president at Ohio State University. Born and raised in Jackson, Ohio, he’s happy to be working and serving the communities close to home.

Kara Willis is the Regional Talent Manager in all 25 counties served by OhioSE. She provides human resource solutions in the development and implementation of new or expanding company’s talent strategy.
Over the past 18 years, Kara has gained experience in workforce development, higher education, and economic and community development through prior positions with the Ohio Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), University of Rio Grande, and Ohio Valley Regional Development Commission.

James Woodward is the region’s Research Analyst. He supports OhioSE’s goal of advancing the region’s economy by analyzing demographic, workforce, and real estate data to help build a strong business case for companies interested in the economic value the region has to offer.
Born and raised in Athens, Ohio, Woodward earned his degree in economics from Ohio University and Ph.D. in public policy from the University of Kentucky. Before joining the team, Woodward performed research and data analysis to support state policies that promote job creation and economic growth.
