Our region’s current businesses are essential partners, driving most of our success stories. Through annual visits with local economic development partners, we explore each business’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities. Together, we work to clear obstacles and create new pathways for growth.

Site Readiness and Development
OhioSE and JobsOhio have developed new tools to assist communities with site development. Since 2016, we have won over $20 million to make ready industrial sites that can accommodate new investment and job creation economic development projects. Additionally, we have had significant investment from JobsOhio to support acquisition and redevelopment of brownfield (former use) industrial sites in the region.
