OhioSE will not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your personal data to anyone, except as necessary to provide our services or as otherwise described in this Policy, without first providing you with notice and the opportunity to consent.

Please note your consent is for OhioSE and its sales and marketing vendors, and the JobsOhio Network (JON) and their sales and marketing vendors. The JON is comprised of six independent regional partner organizations: REDI Cincinnati, Team NEO, Dayton Development Coalition, Regional Growth Partnership, Columbus 2020, and OhioSE. OhioSE has agreements with each of these entities that are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Where we rely on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Where OhioSE relies on a legitimate interest to process your personal data, such as an agreement with OhioSE, you have the right to object. Your rights also include the right to access, correct, update, export or delete your personal data. You may email privacy@jobs-ohio.com with any request, and we will respond within 30 days. Subject to any exemptions provided by law, if you exercise your right to be forgotten your personal data will be deleted from OhioSE’s systems, and you will receive written confirmation of the deletion. OhioSE will also notify the JON and OhioSE’s vendors of your request and direct them to also delete your personal data.
OhioSE may disclose your information to business partners or third-party data processors in accordance with a properly-executed court order or as otherwise required by law. OhioSE will fully cooperate with law enforcement or a court order requiring it to disclose the identity or usage details of any user of our website.
How can I exercise my privacy rights?
If you would like to access, review, update, rectify, and delete any Personal Information we hold about you, or exercise any other data subject right available to you under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can either click the “Exercise your Rights” link located on the top left corner of this Notice or fill out this request form. Our privacy team will examine your request and respond to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we may still use any aggregated and de-identified Personal Information that does not identify any individual and may also retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Agreements.
