The JonesZylon Company Announces Expansion in Coshocton County
Posted on March 5, 2025
The JonesZylon Company, LLC, in collaboration with JobsOhio, Ohio Southeast Economic Development (OhioSE), and the Coshocton County Port Authority today announced it is investing $200,000 in its West Lafayette facility in Coshocton County, Ohio.
JonesZylon is a designer and wholesale/distributor of food serving trays, dinnerware, and carts for the corrections, healthcare, and long-term care industries. The company was part of Jones Metal until 2014 when it was purchased by its current owners, Rob & Tracey Zachrich.
“We are coming alongside hospitals and rehab facilities by providing innovative meal delivery solutions to enable their staff to spend more time with patients while delivering high-quality meals,” said Tracey Zachrich, CEO of the JonesZylon Company. “The support from JobsOhio is helping us get our new innovations to market faster than we otherwise could have.”

The JonesZylon Company is investing in new tooling for meal trays that would hold a greater volume of food to be used in various markets and enhance their current product offerings.
“JonesZylon seized an opportunity to evolve their product offerings and increase their market share,” said Tiffany Swigert, Executive Director of the Coshocton County Port Authority. “This family-owned employer has been a staple in Coshocton County for years and we’re thrilled to support their expansion and continued investment in our community.”
This investment is supported by a $50,000 JobsOhio Small Business Grant. The JobsOhio Small Business Grant provides grants to support the growth of small businesses that face unique challenges because they are either located in a qualifying zip code or are owned by an eligible population, which includes minorities, women, veterans, and people with disabilities. To qualify the company must have an eligible project and meet business size and industry requirements.
“JonesZylon continues to grow its niche market and this investment will strengthen the company’s position in the markets it serves,” said OhioSE Vice President, Katy Farber. “We are thrilled to have partnered with JobsOhio to support the growth of this dynamic company.”
